We really loved the Vilion Hotel. Every time when we came back to the hotel, it felt like home. And we were thankful for the quiet nights. The rooms, Lobby and Spa area are clean, comfy and everything is made and decorated with love. The beds were comfortable and Spa service was great. Victoria and her team let us feel like a part of their own family, but always with respect and privacy. Also Victoria helped us with all our plans (trips, cooking class, rent a motorbike and so on) always for a very good price 👌🏻 and after only two days at her home and hotel we know that we will come back in the future. “Some people you meet on your way become friends, because there is a good chemistry between them.” Thank you very much Victoria 🌷 you made our trip to Vietnam so much precious 🙏🏻. We are happy to meet you again

I love all of staffs , they're extremely nice, helpful , I had some problems with my trip , but the reception helped me a lot . They kept my suitcases when I had 2 days trip at Phu Quoc Island without any charges , I appriciate it . Lovely staff , lovely room . Location is super good . I will come back next year.

The place is beautiful, Ms. Vy is the nicest hostess, always ready to help you with whatever you might need. She was always worried with my well-being as I arrived to her hotel feeling very tired and she made sure I was always well-rested. Spa is great and professional, it help us relax. Definitely recommend staying at Vilion Hotel!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Vilion Central Hotel & Spa. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with a stunning view of the city. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept like a baby. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always went the extra mile. The spa treatments were top-notch. I would highly recommend The Vilion Central Hotel & Spa to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay.

Vy was very kind and a perfect staff. She made sure we’re comfortable and even let us stay a bit longer before checking out with no extra charge. She’s sweet and the hotel was cute and quiet, something we prefer. It’s about 15 mins away from the airport but we don’t really mind as Vy is very nice and easy to talk to. the location is absolutely perfect and the staff are wonderful! so happy, smiley and attentive! a/c worked very well in our hot room. hot water in the showers no issues. we had a bath which is rare!! but quite small. free toiletries which were actually pretty decent as far as hotel toiletries go! we also had a fridge which came in handy.

The staff Vy was very kind and helpful. She was more like a friend going above and beyond to help us. After spending the entire day in airport it is a perfect place to relax

The location was good. It was near Ben Thanh market (walking distance) and also near some eating establishments (since there is no in-house resto). The staff were kind and helpful.

I noticed the hotel had some low ratings, but I decided to book it because the rooms looked nice, spacious, and reasonably priced. My experience here was very positive; the staff were friendly, and the room looked just like the photos. I’ll definitely return after my trip to Vung Tau

Staff are absolutely amazing, thoughtful and made the stay 5*. Hotel is in a perfect spot, nice and quiet so it's very easy to have a relaxing stay. The decor in the rooms is probably one of the nicest I have seen in Vietnam as a whole!
